I’ve never had a air fryer.. wanted one that wasn’t expensive and does the job. Happy with my purchase, we’ve used it non stop for the past few weeks since I’ve purchased it. Easy to clean up as well. However I do line the bottom and the removal rack when cooking any marinated chicken.Takes time to figure out temperature required and time settings if you are not using the pre set options for fries, pizza, chicken, fish etc.Decent make and no cheap materials used.There is no dial- a touch screen that is easy to understand and works well on just a soft touch. ( unlike some other brands I hear are not that easy- they need to press really hard.)It’s a good enough size for our family of 3. Fits up to 4-5 chicken thighs or breast.Overall I’ll recommend this air fryer if your looking for a reasonable option

I bought this as a replacement to my Phillips airfryer, which is still functional but I had my doubts about keeping the Phillips clean and it's non-stick coating. I love the fact that the HC bowl is glass and the insert rack is stainless steel. The bowl size is ~21x21cms so aftermarket racks will fit fine.> The glass bowl is easy to clean. There aren't any nooks or hard to reach areas. The bowl is heavy (being thick glass) so some caution is needed when manually cleaning. It does annoy me that water gets behind the handle but it isn't sealed so it does dry, might not annoy you.> Touch buttons are responsive. Programming is not complex. There is a manual function that allows you to input time and temperature, however it does not have any memory of your last setting.> From what I can see and feel, build quality is nice. Plastic does not flex and there are no mould lines, spurs or misaligned panels. During cooking the surrounding areas are warm but nothing close to dangerously hot. Machine noise is comparable to the level of noise a rice cooker would make.> You don't get the airflow equivalent to something like a Phillips airfryer. This machine is more akin to a miniature oven with an upper heating element and fan force. It still cooks rather well but my favourite snacks, for example, will benefit from a flip halfway through cooking. I suspect it might not have as much of a dehydrating property as an airfryer with more airflow (think nuts or crackling) but certainly more than a traditional oven.

This is a welcome addition to the household’s kitchen appliances. My old kitchen presents limited storage options for when the air fryer is not in use; however, I have no difficulty lifting it to the height of the shelf which is in line with the kitchen cabinets above the stove/cooktop. I find that the concerns expressed by some customers (that the unit is ‘heavy’ because of the weight of the glass basket) is an exaggeration; it is, in fact, very manageable. The quality of the air fryer is good. The handle at the rear of the basket is a good design point; handling of the basket when hot and filled with contents is a breeze, and the handle helps when it comes to washing up as well. It’s a pleasure to be able to view the contents of the basket during the cooking process, whether you’re at the front of the unit or behind it (at, say, an island bench or countertop). This air fryer ticks all the positive boxes!

We’re in love with this machine - beyond the normal air fryer uses, I simply cannot stand how damn good our steaks come out with this!
